That knee pain that stops you playing football; backache or a twinge when you bend; shoulder pain when you reach up. Ever wonder why you keep having the same ache or pain over and over? This is because the symptom can ease with time, but the cause is still there. Our physiotherapists carry out an in-depth assessment to establish the underlying root of the problem, therefore preventing reoccurrence. By following this with a full 30 minute physio treatment, we ensure you are on the road to recovery immediately.

Physiotherapy treatment focuses on correcting and improving the natural healing processes of the body. At PremierPhysio we use a wide range of manual techniques and exercise therapy, aided by sophisticated electrotherapy equipment (eg ultrasound) or acupuncture / electro-acupuncture to achieve this. A recurring back pain may require core stability exercises, or an adjustment to work posture or sporting technique. Carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and cartilage damage can all be treated with physiotherapy, often negating the need for surgery.

On site at our Runcorn, Cheshire based practice, each physiotherapist has specialist experience to examine and diagnose problems in joints, muscles and other soft tissues.
