Podiatrist – BSc (Hons) MHCPC MCPod

I began my education in Podiatry at Salford University in 2003, where I gained my degree. Once qualified I went on to work for the NHS where I remained till 2022. Eventually establishing myself in my own capacity I reduced my NHS hours to build on my private cliental, which resulted in my having a two-year contract with HMP (Her Majesty's Prison service) and numerous private clinic placements.

My predominant interest lies in Nail surgery, high risk wound care and routine treatments. My customer care goals are to relieve a client's discomfort and enable them to walk again pain free and at ease. It those results that give me personal job satisfaction.

In my career I have encountered many cases of Rheumatoid and Diabetic aliments. This inspired me to gain further education to increase my knowledge regarding these foot complaints. When I'm not working, I love the combative sports of boxing and a Martial Art called Krav Maga. I also enjoy leisurely walks, the great outdoors, travel and spending time with partner and friends. I also have an interest in Holistic therapies.
