"I have suffered from TMJ pain jaw has locked and since 1997. I grind my teeth at night on occasions and have woken up with severe pain. The pain has been so bad that I have to resort to soft foods. Despite resorting to painkillers, heat creams and wheat packs my last flare up was so severe I was at my wits end with the constant nagging pain in my jaw. I contacted PremierPhysio and enquired about acupuncture after reading about it on the internet. I have never had acupuncture before but I was willing to give it a try.
